What’s new in 4.0?
It is simpler: Application-based licenses tailored to your needs

Pickit 3D has optimized its offering into four refined and straightforward licenses for different automation needs. Each comes with a streamlined user experience and tailored functionalities. This approach makes our solution even easier to use and cost-effective, as customers only pay for what they need.
Our new licenses are:
Pickit Find: single part location for vision-guided operations.
Pickit Lite: semi-structured picking of parts in stacks or layers.
Pickit Plus: bin picking of randomly oriented parts.
Pickit Depal: depalletizing layered parts like boxes or bags.
It is more powerful: increased performance, higher accuracy

The 4.0 release delivers up to 61% faster detection speeds, thanks to the advanced, powerful new processors. With 6 to 8 ethernet ports, there is no need for an external switch, and multiple cameras are natively supported. Every system has a GPU by default.

Building on our camera-agnostic strategy, we are onboarding two new high-definition cameras, the S-HD2-C300 and the XS-HD2-C100, enabling customers to benefit from the highest accuracy for small Fields of View (FoV) applications.

The new S-HD2-C300 camera offers extremely high accuracy, making it an ideal solution for intricate tasks such as small part bin picking and precise guidance. The XS-HD2-C100 stands out with up to 0.1mm robot guidance accuracy, the highest in our camera portfolio, specifically engineered for small-scale applications.
It is more resilient: a future-proof and robust platform
Pickit 4.0 introduces a new software core designed to stay up to date with security fixes and improvements. This ensures your system remains protected, stable, and compatible with future technologies.
With new long-term support schemes, users gain access to ongoing software updates and maintenance for up to five years, extending the system’s lifespan and reliability. The flexible long term support lets you tailor the scope of support, delivering a better Return on Investment (ROI).
