The Processing or transfer of Personal Data outside the EEA can only occur with the specific prior written consent of Client and/or in compliance with applicable legislation. Pick-It can sign standard contractual clauses, codes of conduct or any other instruments adopted by the European Commission, which ensures that the transfer of Personal Data to a country outside the EEA complies with appropriate safeguards as required by the GDPR. Such consent of Client is not required when the transfer of Personal Data to countries outside the EEA is mandatory under EU or Member State law provisions.
