VP of Sales

Start date: November 2nd 2021

The VP of sales manages today a sales team of 4 regional sales managers across the globe and the pre-sales support team. You will make Pickit grow by defining the global and regional go-to market strategy for our products and make key decisions on where the energy of the sales team is directed. Therefore, you steer the sales team to the right partners, customers and applications. You report directly to the CEO.
Your role is both supportive and directive. You help close deals at key accounts, alleviate roadblocks encountered in the field and amass support within the company to take on new markets and opportunities. You're the trusted manager of your sales team, you have their back. You coach them to create the regional sales plans and critically review and follow-up during the year. You're also reading and presenting the performance of our sales KPIs. You're replicating successes across key accounts and regions, but also having the intuition to adapt to regional conventions.

Your responsibilities are

  • Execute the sales plan based on the fundamentals of the company

  • Lead and inspire the sales team by example

  • Negotiate key partnerships on a global level

  • Keep the regions on target and adjust where necessary

  • Measure KPIs and report progress and issues to the CEO
