Sales Development Manager - South Korea

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Manager in the Pickit Sales team South Korea. The Sales Development Manager is responsible for qualifying prospects, and managing the pipeline to ensure a steady flow of opportunities for the sales revenue. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales development, and the ability to develop effective sales results.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Channel Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and resellers.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to drive lead generation, sales enablement, and marketing initiatives.

  • Collaborate with partners through customer visits and seminar presentations, showcasing our robotic automation and vision systems to address client needs and share industry insights.

  • Support partners in promoting products and services, providing them with necessary training, resources, and tools.

  • Monitor the performance of channel partners, ensuring they meet sales targets and align with company objectives.

  • Identify new potential partners and establish channel agreements that benefit both parties.

  • Resolve any issues or conflicts with channel partners to maintain smooth business operations

Lead Qualification & Pipeline Management

  • Oversee the lead qualification process, ensuring SDRs are qualifying leads based on specific criteria.
  • Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities for the sales team.

Collaboration with Marketing

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align on campaigns, messaging, and lead generation initiatives.

  • Provide feedback to the marketing team on the quality of leads and campaign effectiveness.

  • Ensure that marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) are followed up promptly and that communication between teams is efficient.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field.

  • 5 years of experience in sales development or sales management, with a proven track record of success.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.

  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools.

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a B2B sales environment.

  • Experience working in Robotics industry, Industrial automation and Manufacturing

  • Experience in industries such as technology, software, or services is a plus.
