This Regional Sales Manager position is responsible for extending our customer base and nurturing the existing customer base in West and Eastern Europe, excluding Germany and Austria. You work mainly from our Belgian Headquarters and travel on a regular basis across Europe to startup partners and support customers with our solutions.
As our Regional Sales Manager, you get your inbound qualified leads from our existing partners and your lead qualification colleague. You visit high-potential customers for a face-to-face meeting and showcase our product. You help design proof of concepts and explain the working and benefits of our products in order to close the deal.
As such you are the key ambassador for our company and products in your region, and you coordinate with and learn from your colleagues in the US, Germany and Korea. You will be trained by our current outside sales engineer Europe who takes an extended break in 2022.
Your responsibilities are
Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers by helping them find the right Pick-it product and solution for their case.
Conduct calls and video meetings with leads and customers daily
Negotiate with customers and close deals.
Travel within sales territory to startup partners and customers with our products.
Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally
Maintain records of all your deals and/or customer accounts
Report on a regular basis to the VP of sales about the agreed upon KPI’s
Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs
The most important criteria for joining our team are:
You have a strong result-driven mindset and have at least 3 years of experience in sales or support.
You have a degree in engineering and prefer to work with people as much as with technology.
You can become comfortable with setting up a technical system for robot guidance.
You are passionate about robotics and automation.
You know how to present technical subjects in a clear way.
You like to interact with other people and have strong social skills.
You are well prepared and know how to deal with stressful situations.
You have a strong customer focus in your work.
Your Dutch, English and French language knowledge is up to professional standards both written and oral.

We prefer candidates who have experience with robots but will also train you to fill in the missing gaps !
